Abstract
Base-catalyzed Michael-type addition of diphenylphosphane to P,P,P-diphenyl vinyl iminophosphoranes yielded monoiminophosphoranes derived from 1,2-bis( diphenylphosphino)ethane, heteroditopic P,N-donor ligands which are not eas ily available by the direct monoimination of the parent bis(phosphane).
