Abstract
A case with ovarian vein thrombosis before delivery is presented. C-re active protein exceeded 200 mg/l, and the patient was treated for a su spected infection before the true diagnosis was revealed by CT. After aggressive anti-coagulant therapy, a follow-up CT showed complete remi ssion. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
