Abstract
This article describes an instrument that combines a standard T-shaped scleral depressor at one end with a cotton applicator-shaped depresso r at the other end. The applicator-shaped depressor has a matted surfa ce to prevent slippage. This simple instrument has several advantages over depressors now available for intraoperative use.
