Abstract
Isolated acute right ventricular (RV) infarction is rare, and ECG diagnosis may be difficult. We report two cases of acute myocardial infarction with ST-segment elevation in anterior precordial leads caused by such an RV invo lvement. Potential mechanisms for the relationship are given.
