Abstract
By using the antitrace map method, we investigate the light transmission fo r generalized Fibonacci multilayers. Analytical results are obtained for tr ansmission coefficients in some special cases. We find that the transmissio n coefficients possess a two-cycle or six-cycle property. The cycle propert ies of the trace and antitrace are also obtained.
