Abstract
It is numerically demonstrated, for the first time, that dispersion managem ent and in-line nonlinear optical loop mirrors can achieve all-optical pass ive regeneration and distance-unlimited transmission of a soliton data stre am at 40Gbit/s over standard fibre.
