Abstract
The kinetics of oxygen adsorption and associated electronic processes on th e surface of CdS epilayers were investigated. The results were used to eval uate the activation energy of adsorption, sticking coefficient, effective c apture cross section for oxygen adsorption by surface centers, and effectiv e electron capture cross section of the adsorption states.
