Abstract
High-T-c YBa2Cu3O7 films 2-6 mum in thickness were deposited onto lanthanum aluminate substrates by spray pyrolysis of methacrylate solutions, and the ir properties were studied. By optimizing the deposition conditions (substr ate material, solution concentration, and firing schedule), single-phase, n early stoichiometric films well adherent to the substrate were obtained, wi th T-c = 94 K and DeltaT = 9 K.
