Abstract
Polymer-supported electrophilic halogenate(I) complexes 2 and 3 promote smo oth addition to vinyl and allylsilanes without loss of the silyl group. In conjunction with Amberlyst A26 (OH- -form) vinyl silanes are converted into epoxysilanes.
