Abstract
Members of the Bcl-2 family are critical regulators of apoptosis and have b ecome attractive targets for the development of anti-cancer drugs. The late st discovery of small-molecule inhibitors of Bcl-2 proteins may provide the sought-after leads for the development of new anti-cancer therapy.
