Abstract
The heat capacity of Pb2MgTeO6 is measured in the temperature range 80-300 K. It is found that the heat capacity exhibits an anomaly associated with t he phase transition at T-0 = 186.9 K. The thermodynamic parameters of the s tructural transformation are determined. The effect of hydrostatic pressure up to 0.5 GPa on the phase transition temperature is examined.
