Abstract
The interaction of thin films of nanocrystalline tin oxide with reducing ga ses (CO, Hz, and C3H8/C4H10) was studied in situ by measuring the electrica l conductivity. Changes in the surface chemical composition of the films in their interaction with reducing gases were revealmed by X-ray photoelectro n spectroscopy.
