Abstract
According to the data in the relevant literature, it seems that at the mill ennium the worldwide HIV/AIDS epidemic shows no decline. In the most heavil y affected area of tropical (sub-Saharan) Africa the situation is getting w orse. There is a number of factors which are responsible for this situation . Considering the lack of necessary funds, it is evident that the most import ant task is a vigorous health education.
