Abstract
We study phase coupled chaotic systems. Using the Kronecker product we deri ve a recurrence relation for calculating the Ljapunov exponents of the phas e coupled system. We investigate whether phase coupling can be used to cont rol dynamical systems with chaotic behaviour.
