(eta(2)-C-70)Pd(PPh3)(2) complex was prepared by replacement reaction
in inert gas. The photovoltaic effect (PVE) for (eta(2)-C-70)Pd(PPh3)(
2) complex on GaAs electrode forming n+n heterojunction in photoelectr
ochemical cell was investigated. The results show that I-2/I-3(-) was
the best redox couple in the photoelectrochemical cell. The photovolta
ic property of (n(2)-C-70)Pd(PPh3)(2)-GaAs electrode at 1 mu m for thi
ckness of (n(2)-C-70)Pd(PPh3)(2) was the best. The photoelectric prope
rty of (n(2)-C-70)Pd(PPh3)(2) on GaAs electrode was excellent.
