Abstract
Crosslinked chitosan resin is a new type of bilirubin adsorbent, It ca n adsorb both the conjugated and unconjugated bilirubin, Adsorption ex periments were performed by adding the resins to previously prepared b ilirubin solution, with different concentrations of bilirubin and BSA, The dissociation equilibrium constant and conjugated free energy for the bilirubin-albumin complex were obtained according to plot.
