Abstract
A child with a recently described form of dwarfism autosomal recessive omod ysplasia, presented for general anaesthesia for dental conservation. Despit e the patient's dysmorphic features and craniofacial and mandibular deformi ties, no significant anaesthetic problems were encountered. Anaesthetic imp lications of the condition are reviewed.
