Abstract
Several cases of syncopal,nl attacks have been reported in patients treated with a combination of clozapine and benzodiazepine especially at the onset of the clozapine treatment. We report two cases in which this complication has occurred ; in one of those the patient died it seems that this combina tion is not advisable apart from careful cardiac monitoring.
