Patient(s): A woman with cloacal malformation repair.
Intervention(s): Laparoscopic surgery.
Main Outcome Measure(s): Remnant tubal pregnancy.
Result(s): Laparoscopic right salpingectomy.
Conclusion(s): In this patient, ectopic pregnancy was caused by contralater
al sperm transmigration to the remnant right tube, which was not connected
