Abstract
Two methods of the thermal analysis, the thermogravimetry and the dyna mic difference calorimetry, can be used for quality control and qualit y assurance of rubber products, They do not need much time, The monito ring of the composition is possible and the investigation of the compl ete vulcanization also, There are important application parameters as for example the glass transition temperature, Optimization of the form ulation and the vulcanization parameters (time, temperature) are possi ble by this methods.
