Abstract
We describe a patient presenting with voluminous diarrhoea, hypokalaemic ac idosis and hypercalcaemia who was found to have a vasoactive intestinal pol ypeptide-producing tumour. His diarrhoea was initially mild and intermitten t requiring no medical attention.
