Abstract
Globus sensation, the sensation of a lump in the throat, is a common sympto m which, in its chronic form, accounts for 4% of first-patient visits to EN T clinics. We describe a rare cause of globus sensation and stress the impo rtance of thorough investigation to exclude any possible organic causes.
