Abstract
Taking the two-local-spin-mediated interaction (TLSMI) as pairing interacti on, this paper explains six important experimental findings in YBa2Cu3O7-de lta (Y123), and makes some predictions. The main prediction is that there i s very high temperature superconductivity in extra-underdoped Y123.
