Abstract
Septic sacroiliitis is an uncommon infection that comprises <2% of all nont uberculous septic arthritis and osteomyelitis. This case report describes a patient with rheumatoid arthritis who developed septic sacroiliitis that m etastasized to her total knee arthroplasty.
