Abstract
We report a non-Hodgkin's B-cell lymphoma arising adjacent to a chronically infected revision total hip arthroplasty presenting as malignant hypercalc emia 12 years after original implantation. We believe that this is only the fifth ease of lymphoma associated with a metal implant to be reported in t he English literature.
