Abstract
Three children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia developed altered mental s tatus, headaches, seizures, and visual changes associated with reversible p osterior cerebral changes on MRI. These clinical and radiologic findings we re consistent with the reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome, w hich has not been widely recognized in this setting.
