Abstract
The metal case and the header of a Biovallees Coralite 247 pacemaker fell a part in a patient resulting in syncope due to myopotential inhibition. Upon recalling our patients with that type of device, we found a similar techno logical failure in 12 of 16 of them. This finding warrants a consideration for recalling that Biovallees device.
