Abstract
A simple and sensitive method for the polarographic determination of praziq
uantel (1) after derivatization using Vilsmeier formylation is, described.
The polarographically active compound obtained by this procedure has been s
eparated, identified and prepared using N,N-dimethylformamide and phosphoru
s oxychloride.
