Abstract
A quantitative measure of nonclassical behaviour, introduced by Lee (Phys.
Rev. A 44 (1991) R2775), is employed to investigate the nonclassical depth
of the Pegg-Barnett phase state. We also establish a connection between the
Lee and Cahill-Glauber methods, and discuss the link with quantum tomograp
