Abstract
A mesoporous niobium-containing silicate of the MCM-41 type was prepar ed for the first time, according to our knowledge. Structure, mechanic al stability, catalytic activity, and cation exchange properties were characterized and compared with those for aluminum-containing MCM-41 m aterials.
