Abstract
The use of the modified Hooke-Jeaves method made it possible to calculate t he equilibrium composition formed in oxidative ammonolysis of methane (Andr ussow method). The thermodynamic conditions are studied under which HCOOH i s formed in the course of ammonolysis and is subsequently converted into hy drogen cyanide.
