Abstract
Introduction: Ureteral obstruction due to postmenopausal endometriosis is v ery rare. Case Report: We report on a woman with an obstruction of the ureter resulti ng from postmenopausal endometriosis after long-term estrogen therapy. Conclusion: The authors discuss the influence of long-term estrogen therapy and therapeutic options.
