Abstract
A new approach to study the particle velocity and particle residence time i n thermal plasma in relation to input parameters and nozzle dimensions has been made. The alumina particle was introduced into an argon plasma. Inject ed particle's thermal histories were calculated. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
