Abstract
The design and synthesis of a new type of 5-HT3 ligand with subnanomolar af finity are described. The O-dialkyl-aminoethyloximinothienopyrrolizine stru cture was deduced from molecular modeling studies by replacement of an amid ine moiety by an oximino one. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd.
