Abstract
2-Aminoquinoline reacted with 5-bismethylthiomethylene or 5-methylthioalkyl idene isopropylidene malonates under microwave irradiation as one pot react ion to afford a new convenient synthesis of 3-substituted-1(1H)-pyrimidine [1,2-a] quinoline-1-ones.
