Experience in introduction of heat recovery systems

The high consumption of steam for process needs has led to location of oil refineries near heat and electric power plants (HEPP). However, the steam p rocessed there is relatively expensive, which significantly affects the pro duct cost and economic operating indexes of enterprise. Moreover, process c ycles and exhaust gase from different types of furnaces contain an enormous amount of physical heat. Preliminary calculations show that a significant part of the demand for steam can be covered by recovering this heat.
