Abstract
The starch based biodegradable film has been suitably modified for the use
of a control release device of insecticide, endosulfan. The endosulfan was
encapsulated into starch present in the biodegradable film by simple physic
al absorption technique, which was confirmed by IR and SEM analysis. The co
ntrol release activity of this insecticide from the biodegradable film was
