Abstract
In this paper a new three-window high-pressure cell for UV/5,5 mum spectros copy of biological systems is described. Such a cell, due to its miniaturis ation, fits the most standard small-size spectrometers. The cell of fluid m edium, external pressure generation type, is a part of high-pressure system and enables measurements of spectroscopic changes at pressures up to 500MP a and temperatures - 40 degreesC to + 100 degreesC. The exemplary results o f measurements of fluorescence of chlorophyll are presented.
