Abstract
The feasibility of an integrated sensor based on Optically Stimulated Lumin escence (OSL) dosimetry is demonstrated. The principle and the basic struct ure are reviewed. A lab demonstrator was realized and a beard designed to o perate the sensor at different doses and doses rates. The first calibration s are presented and discussed.
