Abstract
Low-temperature (4.2 K) photoluminescence spectra of porous silicon sa mples are presented. The spectral hole burning in luminescence spectra reveals a strong electron-phonon interaction. A very slow luminescenc e (of the order of seconds) from porous silicon was observed.
