Abstract
We study dynamics of PL in CdSSe-doped glasses. We interpret picosecon d decay of visible PL in terms of Auger recombination and by transfer of carriers to surface-localized states. We found the latter process t o be dependent on the excited carrier excess energy and on the photoda rkening. The microsecond infrared PL decay shows features typical of d isordered materials.
