Power system restoration - a bibliographical survey

In recent years, there has been an increasing number of major power system blackouts worldwide. As a consequence, interest in the investigation and de velopment of new methods, tools, and models for power system restoration ha s grown considerably. This paper provides a bibliographical survey of the c urrent state in research, development, and applications in power system res toration. The survey is subdivided into nine different sections, each secti on representing those subjects which are considered to be most relevant to that area.
