Abstract
PPV was used as an emissive recombination layer in organic light emitt ing diodes. LEDs reveal Schottky diode behaviour. Detailed information about Schottky junction were obtained by impedance spectroscopy, Quan tum-mechanical calculations were performed to investigate the luminesc ence pathway.
