Abstract
In the present study we report the occurrence of Chronic Myelogenous Leukem
ia in two siblings (brother and sister) 47 and 62 years old respectively. T
hese two cases raised the question of a possible genetic prodiathesis or a
possible trasmission (environmental factor) cause.
