Abstract
A young woman with a congenital chest-wall defect presented with abdominal pain, irregular menses, and a palpable mass at the defect. The mass, remove d laparoscopically, was found to be a functioning ovary that tracked along the retroperitoneum, reflecting its embryologic origin.
