This Note deals with numerical resolution of system describing the evo
lution of bacterial population in one space dimension. In some experim
ents, we inoculate bacteria into a capillar test tube containing a chi
mical solution called substrate e. g. oxygen, glucose... After a momen
t, we observe chemotactic phenomena. One may consider the model propos
ed by Keller and Segel [2] as hyperbolic system without diffusion term
s. We study here, different systems of partial differential equations.
