Nuclear effects in polarized inelastic electron scattering off polariz
ed He-3 are discussed; in the kinematics of future experiments at TJNA
E Fermi motion effects are found to be much larger than in deep inelas
tic scattering, It is shown that improperly describing nuclear dynamic
s would lead to the extraction of unreliable neutron spin structure fu
nctions, On the other hand side, a simple and workable equation relati
ng the Gerasimov-Drell-Heam Integral for the neutron to the correspond
