Abstract
Injury to the ureter is a possible complication of laparoscopic surgery. Tr aditionally, it is repaired by laparotomy During laparoscopic surgery for b ilateral ovarian remnants in a 29-year-old woman, the left ureter was trans ected. The ureter was repaired by primary end-to-end anastomosis by laparos copy. The patient recovered uneventfully and postoperative intra venous pue logram confirmed the repair to be intact.
