Abstract
Colloid chemical methods for the preparation of nanoparticles and their sel f-assembly and organization into 2-dimensional arrays and three dimensional networks are surveyed. Potential applications of nanoparticles and nanostr uctured materials, fabricated by the wet colloid chemical approach, are als o illustrated.
