Abstract
A minimally-invasive method of ligating the anterior ethmoid artery is pres ented. Using a small incision, endoscopes are used to identify the ethmoid artery passing through the orbital periosteum and into the fronto-ethmoid s uture line. It is a quick procedure that is easy to learn. The smaller inci sion that this approach uses lessens the risk of unsightly scarring on the face and minimises bleeding during the procedure.
